Next stop was Dade City…well more like 2 lay-over’s rather than stops I’d say…We spent our days in Yalaha and our nights in Dade City.  We had an awesome home cooked breakfast Sunday morning….Thank you Theresa ;-)  My Aunt has a super cute home that we loved staying at for a couple nights! Thank you for having us Shelly and Theresa!!!  Hopefully we will be back soon!

First stop will be YALAHA, FLORIDA......

WOW! Where have we been for 9 days??? We went to Florida...... I think that I have come to the conclusion that time is faster when you are away from home. I did not want to leave. BUT I am thankfully that we had the time and means to be gone for 9 days. First we went to my grandparents home in Yalaha, FL, which is a beautiful area on Lake Harris. We did a little fishing and relaxing with family. We went on boat rides. I have SO many memories at this lake home. My grandparents bought this home before I was born so I have visited it several times a year my whole life and now my girls are making memories here ;-) We stayed Saturday and Sunday night at my Aunt Shelly's house in Dade City....that was awesome!

I absolutely L.O.V.E. this place!!

I love this picture of Mattison....I will post more pictures from Chicago but I don't have them with me so I thought I'd go ahead and share this one though

Sister Talks start Early ;-)

My Girl.........

is growing UP!!!!  It's funny how it was just yesterday these "older" people told me that time flies....yea, yea, yea...well those "older" people were right.

My baby girl is in 4th grade now and loving every minute of being 9 years old....
it is an adjustment between the boyfriends, ball, dance and homework*

*Words highlighted in blue are new to us this year and let me tell you it goes from cute to "Oh my...she talks about him everyday;-)"  It is just one more sign that she is getting big!

BUT I love this age...if you met Baylee she is a crazy, fun girl...with a one of a kind personality.
She has never met a stranger.  Very Extremely competitive.(gets this from Matthew) Loves to sing, dance, talk. Pickiest eater I have ever met. LOVES to LAUGH! Picks on her lil sister more than I ever imagined she would ;-) All and all......she is MY GIRL!!!
Anyways I just wanted to tell her how proud I am of her and I am loving every second of this beautiful chaos of a life we live!  I asked her the other day if she would ALWAYS be my baby...she said yes....I said please sign this contract so that when you are 16 I can show it to you!!!  Love you pumpkin!!!

Well you know I am still not at my "Blogging Best" So please be patient with me as I learn more and more with each and every post! Ha.ha. BUT with this particular post you will have to enjoy the very UNorganized with ABSOLUTELY no particular ordered pictures and then my very NON informative summary!! Enjoy all...Hopefully one day there will be some sense to my post! Until then just smile and glance at the pics!!!
Trick-Bike Rider Mattison can't believe what "Sissy" can do
My flower bed project

(Probably more Matt's project he did most of it...Okay all of it!!!just in case he ever wants to read this blog I better give him credit)

1 done and 5 to go!! We all start somewhere..

My girls!

(And now for the summary that was intended for the beginning)

Baylee LOVES to fish; I on the other hand I pretty much can't stand it. My entire family loves to fish as well and I mean everyone but ME! And it's not the baiting of the hook or getting the fish off because I can and will do those things but it's sitting there and waiting for a fish to bite my hook....Not very entertaining for me.....Although I still do it with Baylee. Baylee will bait her own hook and take her fish off herself! Thank you Papaw Woody for teaching her this many years ago :) Baylee went fishing 4 times this weekend and loved every minute. We went night fishing Saturday! She probably caught a total of 20 fish all weekend.

While Baylee Fished...Mattison played!

Yesterday I picked Baylee up from dance class and while we were driving by the park she drops a hint hint and says " wow Mom I bet its a good day for fishing!!!!" Well I acted as if she wasn't trying to give me any clues! :-)

So we went to my nephew's baseball game instead!

something nice.....

Do you ever feel the need to help someone?!?

maybe someone you know or maybe someone you just met?
I feel this need alot and it makes my heart smile every time I feel like I have helped someone....lots of time its someone I have never met until that day. Sometimes people get carried away in life with thing that they want (I am very guilty of this- it seems that I am always wanting more and more material things) when there are TONS of people that are in need of an extra $20 or a hug, a smile or a simple "Hello, how are YOU doing today?". Sometimes I get so busy, that I do not observe everyone around me but it is the best feeling in the world to know that just maybe you made someones day......I would LOVE to have to the time and funds to help everyone but that really isn't possible BUT maybe if everyone helped each other we could get something done! You never know someones story or life OR when it might be YOU that needs something. With Baylee being 9 years old I try to teach her to help people!

Sometime I get scared of people by their appearance....this is so wrong and I am trying to overcome this....now don't get me wrong you have to be aware because some people scam you and are mean people but for example two weeks ago on a Thursday night Baylee had a Ball Tournament in Fountain City...I parked my car at Exxon in Kingston and rode with Heather... This was around 5:30 well there was a man with two dogs and probably 4 bags of everything he owned sitting beside him at Exxon....My first reaction lock my doors while I waited for Heather.... Well at 10:15 that evening the man was still there...I never saw him approach or bother anyone for help although you knew he was asking for help...A man approached him and offered him a ride while I was getting all my things into my car...I sat there and battled with myself because I had $20 left over from the game and I normally never have cash....finally I went and approached him and he was so friendly and appreciative that he was getting a ride...I told him that I didn't know what was going on but may this $20 would help....He kept saying thank you :) That was probably one of my best $20 spent.

Anyways....sorry for all this today but I am just in a helping mood! And its not always money that someone needs some of the RICHEST people in the world need help from a stranger.....it can be a HUG or SMILE or holding to door for someone! So today I am going to try and help someone! make my heart smile and theirs too :-) Not to mention today is Friday and I get to spend the next two days with my girls - now that makes my heart smile!

a day in the park

Mattison goes to the park for the 1st time about 3 weeks ago and loved every second. Mattison has a HUGE love for shoes and when I say HUGE I mean it. I have never seen a baby love shoes like she does. She has a ton of shoes and will go pick a pair out and want me to put them on her.....of course after that she goes to the front door and wants to go outside :) Matt is a little bit worried about her shoe obsession because he realizes shoes get very expensive as girls grow! I guess that is what he gets for complaining all these years about Baylee HATING shoes ha! Baylee would rather be bare foot any day and if she does have to wear shoes - her favorite Old Navy $2 flip flops!!!
